This event will be held in the event parlor of Chowgirls Catering (1222 2nd Street N.E.) with book sales on-site. 

TruArtSpeaks, based in the Twin Cities, utilizes elements of Hip Hop, spoken word, and the arts to promote literacy and cultivate youth and community leadership. Their work supports a generation of vibrant young voices, and provides a platform for youth to find, develop, study, and share their stories in safe spaces.
