Join us for the opening of an in-store exhibition featuring original work by local artist Jonathan Herrera, whose paintings and drawings deal with political discourses that are prominent in his life, including his identity as a Mexican American raised by Undocumented parents. Other works by Herrera incorporate current and historical events alongside these more personal narratives. These striking works of art, and the stories they convey, are not to be missed! The opening will take place on August 9 from 3-6 pm, and the works will be on display throughout the month of August.
